Demo requests
When you submit the form, we collect your name, email address, company website and any message you choose to include. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration.
Your request is processed by Cloudflare and sent to Tracewren’s Gmail inbox, operated by Google. The website does not keep a separate database of form submissions. The message remains in our business correspondence. Please avoid including passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.

Site analytics and storage
We have not added analytics or advertising trackers to this site. The site’s own code does not place cookies or store form entries in browser storage.
Spam protection and hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile to protect the demo form from spam. When you open the form, Turnstile checks browser and connection signals. This includes processing technical information such as your IP address to help detect abuse. These services can process technical data and keep security logs under their own policies.

Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google to retrieve those files.
